Shipments that are less than a full semi-truckload and are going to a residence (a non-commercial business without a loading dock or forklift) require a lift gate which is built into the cost of shipping. Custom and special orders have longer lead times which will be communicated at the time of the order. I would purchase it for my next project and I would recommend it to others.Cashmans ships in-stock items within 1-2 business days. The light projected is considered low-glare which is easy on the eyes and makes for better visibility when reading and performing tasks. However, this is plenty to get the job done. In my opinion it is more like 3500 Lumens. I do question the listed output of 4000 Lumens. The fixture has a clean finished look and is well built. It comes prewired for electric box connection.
Whether it be a flush ceiling mount, hung from a cable, or popped into a drop/grid ceiling. It can be installed in a variety of fashions with its unique mounting bracket. Everything required for installation is already attached and/or self contained. This Flat LED Panel has a low profile that gives it a small footprint. Light fixtures have come a long way in my lifetime and recently for the better. This is important when it comes to storing it for future installation and for hauling to the job site. As you can see in the photo below it does not require much packaging or space.
